Vision
To provide spiritual guidance, advice and counseling through mentoring and motivational teaching. Using Godly wisdom, to help ministers feel secure as we minister to their individual needs. Assisting ministers in overcoming obstacles and fears as they learn to practice the presence of God.

Enlarging the Circle began this ministry with a burden and passion for ministry to ministers. From a vision received from the Lord in 1991, to address the needs of the church and it’s pastors. 

About Dr. Santos A. Rivera

Pastors and churches have always held a special place in my heart. I have been burdened with the difficulties that they endure and encounter in ministry. My prayer is to bring new hope and life to pastors. At age eleven and again at age fifteen, God spoke to me through anointed men of God that I was called to pastor and preach the gospel. I grew up in the South Bronx, one of the five boroughs of New York City. I attended the Latin American Bible College, New York Theological Seminary, Adelphi University and Brewer Christian College and Graduate School. I received both secular and religious degrees. I started pastoral ministry in 1970. I have pastored in the New York metropolitan and New Jersey. I presently serve as pastor to two mission ministries. I travel extensively across the United States, Puerto Rico, Guatemala and The Dominican Republic. I have assisted in five church starts and planted two. I was ordained in 1978. I have been married for forty three years; I have four children and five grandchildren.
